1. Core upgrade: High-altitude pressurized oxygen supply + power adaptation technical principle (newbies will understand it in seconds)
Integrating the three major technologies of "double-stage pressurized oxygen supply system + plateau-specific ECU adjustment + low-temperature hydraulic protection", targeting the 4,500-meter altitude (oxygen content is only 60% of the plain) and the 60°C temperature difference between day and night scenarios:
Pressurized oxygen supply: Using vehicle-mounted oxygen supply cabin technology, it provides an oxygen-rich environment equivalent to an altitude of 3,000 meters for the core components of the equipment (engine, hydraulic system) to avoid power degradation.;
Power compensation: Turbocharging + ECU special adjustment to restore engine power to 92% of plain level, solving the problem of capacity loss at high altitudes;
Low temperature protection: self-heating oil circuit + antifreeze hydraulic oil, which can cope with extreme low temperatures of -40℃ and prevent oil from solidifying.

2. Three core technical points (exclusive to Qinghai high altitude, precise implementation)
Technical Points 1: Pre-start of pressurized oxygen supply system (Basic adaptation to 4500 meters altitude)
Operation steps
Oxygen supply system activated :
After starting the transporter, switch to "Qinghai High Altitude Electric Power Construction Mode" (selected in the "Special Scene" option on the central control screen), and the system automatically starts the two-stage pressurized oxygen supply device;
The central control screen displays "oxygen supply pressure" (target value: 0.12MPa) and "equivalent altitude" (target value: ≤3000 meters). Wait for 3 minutes to warm up until the green indicator light is always on.
Dynamic adaptation calibration :
The system automatically reads the current altitude (error ≤10 meters), adjusts the fuel injection amount and ignition timing through the ECU, and compensates for the power loss at high altitudes.;
Enter the load value of 200KG, and the system will match the "high-altitude power curve" and automatically increase the driving torque by 25% on steep slopes to avoid insufficient power.
Adaptation status confirmation :
Three conditions need to be met at the same time: oxygen supply pressure is stable at 0.11-0.13MPa, engine speed fluctuation ≤50rpm, and hydraulic system temperature ≥-10℃;
If the "Insufficient Oxygen Supply" alarm is displayed, check whether the oxygen supply pipeline is leaking, restart the system and calibrate again.
Key Tips
Start "preheating + preoxygenation" 1 hour before operation, and control it through remote APP to avoid waiting on site;
When operating in uninhabited areas, turn on the "oxygen supply reserve mode" and the system will automatically reserve 20% of the oxygen supply margin to deal with emergencies.
Technical Point 2: Stable operation at an altitude of 4,500 meters (exclusive protection for power equipment)
Operation steps
Mode selection :
Click the "High Altitude Stable Operation" icon on the central control screen and select "Electric Construction Mode" (optimizing equipment anti-vibration parameters and adapting to precision power components);
Turn on the "continuous adaptation" function to automatically adjust the oxygen supply pressure and power output every 10 meters of altitude change without manual intervention.
Driving operating regulations :
Driving on flat roads: the speed is controlled at 1.0-1.2km/h, the system automatically maintains an oxygen-rich environment, and the engine speed is stable within the economic range;
Steep slope climbing (slope ≤25°): Activate the "Plateau Traction Enhancement" mode, multi-axis power output is coordinated to avoid single-axis overload, and the climbing efficiency is increased by 40%;
Bumpy road sections (construction access roads): Turn on the three-level buffer system (honeycomb aluminum energy absorption + nonlinear damper) to control the equipment vibration value within 0.5g to protect precision components of power equipment.
Precise delivery operation :
When 5 meters close to the construction site, press "Stable Stop Fine Adjustment", the system will calibrate the position through Beidou positioning (mountainous area ≥ 4 satellites), and the braking distance will be shortened to 1.5 meters;
If the delivery point is on a sloping ground, "hydraulic level compensation" is activated and the outriggers are automatically adjusted so that the level error of the equipment's landing point is ≤1cm, adapting to the needs of electric power construction and installation.

Key Tips
When transporting fragile parts such as insulators, turn on the "anti-shock enhancement" function and the strap tension will automatically adjust to a constant value of 8000N to avoid damage caused by bumps.;
When transporting over long distances (≥1000 meters), the system will pause for 1 minute every 30 minutes and the system will automatically detect the oxygen supply margin and equipment status to ensure stability.
Technical Point 3: Enhanced safety protection at high altitudes (coping with hypoxia + low temperature + sudden risks)
Operation steps
Special inspection before start-up :
Oxygen supply system: Check the oxygen cylinder pressure (≥15MPa) and pipeline sealing, and start the "oxygen supply leak test" to ensure there is no leakage;
Low temperature protection: Confirm that the hydraulic oil is a special model of - 40°C, turn on the self-heating oil system, and wait until the oil temperature rises above - 10°C before starting.;
Equipment fixation: Adopt a "four-point dynamic locking" device, add anti-slip padding to the binding belt, and lay anti-shock buffer pads between the power equipment and the pallet, and control the sliding amount within 5mm.
Safety measures during operation :
Hypoxia warning: If the central control screen displays "Insufficient oxygen supply pressure" (<0.1MPa), the system automatically reduces the speed to 0.5km/h and activates the backup oxygen supply bottle. At this time, you need to go to the nearest construction site as soon as possible;
Low temperature treatment: If the temperature of the hydraulic system is <-15°C, the system will automatically suspend transportation, turn on the emergency heating mode, and resume after the temperature reaches the standard.;
Abnormal handling: yellow warning (such as slight vibration exceeding the standard) automatically adjusts the buffer parameters; If there is a red alarm (such as oxygen supply failure), emergency braking will occur immediately, a mobile oxygen chamber supply station will be activated (preset for key sections), and the system will be restarted after troubleshooting.
Safe closing after work :
Upon arrival, turn off the transport mode, keep the oxygen supply system running for 5 minutes, and then turn off the power after the core components of the equipment cool down.;
Check the "High Altitude Transportation Report" on the central control screen (oxygen supply pressure curve, power output data, equipment vibration value), confirm that there are no abnormalities and then uninstall;
Clean the frost on the surface of the equipment, check the oxygen supply pipeline and heating system, and prepare for the next operation.
Key taboos
It is strictly prohibited to start transportation when the oxygen supply pressure is <0.1MPa or the remaining amount of the oxygen cylinder is <30%;
Operation is prohibited in extreme weather (wind force ≥ 6, visibility < 5 meters) to avoid equipment falling or loss of control during transportation.;
It is forbidden to turn off the pressurized oxygen supply system during transportation, otherwise it will cause a sudden drop in power and cause a safety accident.
