Learn in 5 minutes: 200KG transport aircraft "one-click reload" intelligent control system tutorial
The core of the "one-button heavy-load" intelligent control system of the 200KG transport aircraft is to automatically complete load adaptation, attitude calibration, smooth take-off, landing and flight through flight control algorithms, greatly reducing the difficulty of heavy-load operation. Novices do not need to master complex manual posture control skills. They only need to follow the four steps of "System Awareness → Preliminary Preparation → One-button Operation → Emergency Cover", and they can independently complete basic heavy-loading operations in 5 minutes. This tutorial combines practical scenarios to break down the core operations and key points of each step.
1. 1 minute quick understanding: core functions and interface of the system
First, let’s clarify the core logic of the system: “One-click reloading” is not completely “intervention-free”, but the system automatically handles complex operations such as reloading posture stabilization and swing suppression. Novices only need to complete basic settings and confirmations. Focus on familiarizing yourself with the two core areas of the remote control/console:
Mode switching area: Find the "Heavy Load Mode" button (usually marked "HL" or "Heavy Load"). After switching, the system will automatically enter the heavy load adaptation state (the screen displays "Heavy Load Ready"). At this time, the flight control sensitivity will be reduced and the swing suppression function will be automatically turned on.
Core operation keys: You only need to master 3 key keys - [One-button takeoff] (green, marked "TO"), [One-button hover] (yellow, marked "HO"), [One-button landing] (red, marked "LD"). The remaining manual fine-tuning keys (direction, throttle) are only used in emergencies.
Key reminder: Before switching to "heavy load mode", make sure the transporter is powered off to avoid misoperation due to mode conflict.
2. 2-minute preliminary preparation: 3 must-do checks (prerequisite for the system to take effect)
Failure to prepare in advance may cause the system to report an error and fail to start. You need to complete the following checks one by one to ensure that the system startup conditions are met:
(1) Load and suspension inspection (matching system load threshold)
Weight confirmation: The measured load weight is ≤160KG (the system reserves 20% safety redundancy by default, and the threshold cannot be exceeded, otherwise the system will lock the overload mode).
Suspension specifications: Ensure that the center of gravity of the load is directly below the hook, the length of the suspension rope is 1.5~2 times the height of the fuselage, and the buckle is locked (the system will automatically detect the deviation of the center of gravity, and a "center of gravity abnormality" will be prompted if the deviation exceeds 5°).
(2) System and environment inspection (to ensure signal and safety)
Signal confirmation: The signal strength between the remote control/console and the transport aircraft is ≥3 bars (the screen displays "Signal Normal"), avoid obstructions, and stay away from strong interference sources such as high-voltage lines.
Environment confirmation: Ground wind speed ≤ level 5 (observe that the flag is not unfolded straight and the tree crown is not swinging violently), the take-off and landing area is unobstructed, and no people are staying. The system will automatically detect the ambient wind speed. If it exceeds the standard, it will prompt "unsuitable environment."
(3) System self-test: complete status confirmation with one click
Press the [Self-test] button on the remote control (marked "TEST"), the system will automatically detect the battery power, motor status, load center of gravity, and ambient wind speed. The self-test will be completed within 10 seconds: the screen will display "All OK" → you can proceed to the next step.; If a certain abnormality is prompted (such as "low battery" or "abnormal center of gravity"), follow the prompts to make corrections and then re-self-test.
3. 2-minute core operation: complete heavy-load takeoff, landing and flight with one click
After completing the self-check, you only need to press the three steps of "Start → Confirm → Land", and the system will automatically complete the rest of the operations:
(1) One-click start and hover
Turn on the power and switch to "reload mode". The screen will display "Ready to reload".”;
Push the throttle stick of the remote control to the lowest position and press [One-button takeoff]. The transport aircraft will slowly increase its altitude (speed is about 0.5m/s), automatically climb to an altitude of 1.5 meters and then enter the hovering state.;
Observe the screen after hovering: if "Attitude Stable" is displayed, it is normal. If it is prompted "Swinging Inhibited", no operation is required. The system will automatically adjust the payload attitude (about 3 to 5 seconds).
(2) Flight and mid-flight adjustments (system automatically controls attitude)
Flight at a constant speed: After the hovering is stable, push the direction stick slightly (only a slight push is required, the system will automatically control the flight speed to ≤3m/s to avoid load swing). If swing occurs during flight, the system will automatically turn on the suppression function without manual intervention.
Hovering midway: When you need to pause, press [One-key Hover], and the transport aircraft will immediately hover stably. Push the direction stick again to resume flight.
(3) One-click landing (the most important thing is to avoid load impact)
Fly to 1.5 meters above the target take-off and landing point, press [One-key Hover], and confirm that the fuselage does not swing.;
Press [One-button Landing], the transport aircraft will slowly descend (speed is about 0.3m/s), automatically power off after touching the ground, and the screen will display "Reloading Completed"”;
After the landing is completed, first switch out of the "heavy load mode" and then remove the load.
4. Emergency Tips: Master 2 types of exception handling in 1 minute
When an error or exception occurs in the system, there is no need to panic. Follow the following process:
The system reports an error ("Exception code" is displayed on the screen): Press [One-button Hover] immediately, check the instructions according to the instructions after powering off (common codes: E1-exceeding weight, E2-abnormal center of gravity, E3-signal interruption), and perform self-test again after rectification.
Swinging out of control (system suppression failure): Press [One-button Hover] quickly. If it is still not stable, gently pull the throttle lever to lower the height slightly (down 0.5 meters), then press [One-button Hover], and the system will restart the swing suppression program.; In extreme cases, you can press [Emergency Release] (if equipped) to abandon the load.
5. Summary: Master the core logic in 5 minutes
Core operation for novices: "Check first → switch mode → press one button", there is no need to worry about complex parameter adjustments, the system has built-in overload adaptation algorithm. Remember the three keys: not exceeding the load threshold, keeping the center of gravity centered, and meeting environmental standards. You can complete safe reloading by following the process. It is recommended to simulate the process twice without load first to familiarize yourself with the process, and then practice with light load (≤80KG). After gradually adapting, standard heavy load operations can be carried out.
