Hardware check : Confirm that the transport aircraft is in a horizontal parking position, the cargo load has been fixed according to the principle of symmetry of the center of gravity (the eccentric load does not exceed 5%), the tire pressure and hydraulic system pressure are normal, and there are no signs of loose parts.;
System activation : Turn on the main power, wait until the central control screen displays "System Ready" (the green indicator light is always on), exit the manual control mode, and switch to the "Smart Reload" interface;
Parameter prefill : Enter the current load value (unit: tons) and the transportation route type (uphill/downhill/straight road, multiple choices are available), and the system will automatically match the preset safety parameters.
2. Core operation: Start "one-click reload" in 1 minute”
Mode selection : Find the "One-click reload" icon (red round button with the word "reload") on the central control screen, and a confirmation window will pop up after clicking it.;
Strategy confirmation : The system automatically generates a braking strategy based on the input load and road conditions (for example, braking force distribution will be strengthened on steep slopes), check the parameters such as "estimated acceleration" and "braking distance" displayed on the screen, and click "Confirm Start" if correct.”;
run automatically : After startup, the system enters full intelligent control without manual intervention:
Power distribution: automatically adjusts the driving torque of each axis to avoid single-axis overload and slippage;
Attitude correction: Real-time monitoring of vehicle body inclination through gyroscope, hydraulic suspension automatically fine-tunes balance;
Speed control: Strictly maintain the preset speed range, automatically increase braking force when going downhill, and supplement traction when going uphill.
3. Operation monitoring: grasp the status in real time in 3 minutes (no operation required, focus on observation)
Central control screen core data (need to focus on):
Left side: real-time load (green number, "HI" alarm displayed when overloaded), vehicle body inclination angle (normal ≤ 3°);
Middle: current speed, front and rear distance (automatically displayed when multiple vehicles are in formation), braking status;
Right: System status (green "normal"/yellow "warning"/red "fault");
Exception prompt handling :
Yellow warning (such as slight unbalanced load): the system automatically corrects it, no manual operation is required, just observe whether it returns to normal;
Red fault (such as sensor abnormality, overload of more than 15%): the system automatically triggers emergency braking. At this time, the power needs to be turned off, the cargo or equipment must be checked, and then restarted.
4. Ending process: safe closing in 30 seconds
After arriving at the destination, click the "End Reload" button on the central control screen, and the system will gradually decompress and brake until it stops smoothly.;
After the vehicle is completely stationary, switch back to manual mode and turn off the main power;
Check the "heavy load data report" displayed on the central control screen (load, mileage, braking times, etc.) and confirm that there are no abnormalities before completing the operation.
Key safety instructions (must read)
Only applicable to preset road conditions (mines, ports, construction sites, etc.). It is strictly prohibited to turn on the "one-click reload" mode on paved roads.;
It is prohibited to start the system when the cargo is not firmly fixed or in extreme weather conditions (heavy rain/strong wind).;
If an emergency stop is required during operation, directly press the red emergency brake button on the cockpit, and the system will interrupt intelligent control and force a shutdown.
