Hardware check : Confirm that the hoist is on a level ground, the hook is unloaded, the wire rope is not worn, and the brake is normal (refer to the safety standards for bridge cranes), start the main power supply of the hoist, and wait until the "signal indicator light" of the fuselage flashes (indicating that it can be paired);
APP installation and binding :
Scan the QR code on the crane body with your mobile phone/tablet, download the official control APP (supports iOS/Android), register and log in to your account;
Open the APP, click "Add Device", select the "Yinan Crane" series (matched according to the device model), and connect through Bluetooth + 5.8GHz anti-interference signal dual connection (the signal covers 300 meters, penetrating obstacles without pressure);
After the connection is successful, the APP will automatically read the device number, rated load and other information, and pop up a "binding successful" prompt (after binding, one terminal can control multiple devices, that is, "one control for many" mode).
Preset job parameters : Input the lifting weight (not exceeding the rated load) and target landing point coordinates (can be manually input or map marked), the system generates the optimal lifting path through RTK+GPS positioning technology, and automatically turns on the anti-collision warning (triggers prompt when the distance is ≤1 meter).
2. Core operation: 90 seconds to start remote control
Mode selection : Click "Remote Control" on the APP homepage and switch to "Manual Precision Mode" (suitable for novices) or "One-click Automatic Mode" (automatically runs after presetting the path);
Familiar control interface (Take a mobile phone as an example, the tablet interface is the same):
Left virtual joystick: controls the lifting and lowering of the hook and the rotation of the boom (sliding up and down = lifting, sliding left and right = rotation, sensitivity is adjustable);
Function keys on the right: "Emergency Stop" (big red button, highest priority), "Precise positioning" (automatically calibrate the landing point after clicking), "Speed adjustment" (divided into three gears: low speed/medium speed/high speed);
The real-time picture in the middle: from the 4-channel camera on the crane body, showing the hook status and surrounding environment without blind spots (supports zooming in and out, and the resolution meets centimeter-level observation).
Start running : Confirm that the APP displays "Equipment Online" and "Signal Stable" (green logo), click "Start Operation", and you can control the crane through the joystick or automatic mode:
Manual mode: Push the joystick lightly to control the action, and the system automatically limits the operating speed to avoid sudden rises and falls.;
Automatic mode: Run according to the preset path, the boom automatically turns and the hook rises and falls smoothly without manual intervention.
3. Precise control: master core movements in 60 seconds (a must-read for novices)
Basic action control :
Lift control: Slowly slide the left rocker up (hook rises), down (hook drops), release the rocker and automatically hover (hydraulic lock to prevent accidental falling);
Rotation and amplitude: Slide the rocker left and right to control the 360° rotation of the boom. The slide bar at the bottom of the APP adjusts the telescopic arm (amplitude). The action synchronization delay is ≤0.5 seconds.;
Precise fine-tuning: Click the "Fine-tuning" button to reduce the joystick sensitivity by 50%, which is suitable for precise alignment of the last 1 meter of the landing point (error ≤ 2 cm).
Intelligent assistive functions :
Anti-overload protection: When the actual load exceeds the preset value, the system automatically stops rising, and the APP pops up an "overload warning". You need to reduce the load and then restart.;
Path correction: If you encounter obstacles during operation, the APP will display the distance in real time and suggest detour directions. The path will be automatically updated after manual adjustment.;
Multi-person collaboration: If you need to cooperate with ground personnel, you can communicate through the built-in voice call function of the APP without the need for additional walkie-talkies.
4. Safe closing: complete the job in 30 seconds
After the hook reaches the target landing point, slowly lower the cargo. When the cargo lands smoothly, click "Stop Operation" on the APP, and the hook will automatically return to the initial position.;
After confirming that the crane is stationary, click "Disconnect" on the APP to turn off the main power of the crane.;
Check the "job report" generated by the APP (including lifting weight, running time, and equipment status), confirm that there are no abnormalities, and log out of the account to complete the job.
Key safety instructions (you can avoid risks even if you don’t have a professional background)
Only supports operations in open areas. Remote control is strictly prohibited in densely populated areas or in extreme weather (heavy rain/strong winds).;
If the signal is interrupted during operation (the APP displays a yellow warning), the crane will automatically hover and lock, and operation can continue after the signal is restored.;
In any emergency situation (such as risk of collision, abnormal noise of equipment), click the "Emergency Stop" button immediately. The system will cut off the power and brake. Afterwards, it needs to be checked on site and there are no abnormalities before restarting.;
After the device is bound, only your own account can control it. If you need to authorize others to operate, add it through the APP "Permission Management" to avoid misoperation.
